TECNO MOBILE is recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist.
as a DM Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall operation and content creation on social media platforms. You will gain a deep understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, develop and execute content strategies, and be in charge of planning and operating live broadcasts on TikTok and Facebook to enhance brand influence and user engagement.

Missions:

1. Content Creation:
- Responsible for the development of creative content, including copy, images, and videos, to attract and retain user interest.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and market trends.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data analysis results.

2. Social Media Platform Operations:
- Manage and optimize the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze user data to develop strategies for user growth and engagement.
- Work with the technical team to continuously improve platform features and user experience.

3. Social Media Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand exposure and user engagement across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies in a timely manner to adapt to market changes.

4. Live Broadcast Planning and Operations:
- Responsible for planning on TikTok and Facebook live broadcast platforms, including themes, guest invitations, and content arrangements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of live broadcasts, including audience engagement and conversion rates, and optimize future live events based on feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of live events.

Profil du poste

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related fields.

2.At least 3 years of experience in social media operations and content creation.

3.In-depth understanding of social media platforms and the ability to grasp user trends and behaviors.

4.Excellent creative thinking and project management skills.

5.Good data analysis skills to make strategic adjustments based on data.

6.Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
