Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted sectors.

• Position the company as a thought leader in their field in West Africa by:

Gaining deep knowledge of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Embracing emerging technologies to enhance efficiencies.

Establishing metrics to track the effectiveness of thought leadership initiatives.

Identify new customer segments and territories for expansion through various strategies.

Develop and implement growth strategies to address business challenges such as profit declines and competitive threats.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (requirement)

• Proven experience in business development or sales

• Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Fintech sector

• Excellent communication and networking skills

• Track record of analysing markets and developing strategic growth plans
