Description du poste

- Maintain updated records of invoices and contract to different brands (TECNO - INFINIX - ITEL,ORAIMO)
- Follow up work progress from beginning to end according to the brand
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Produce daily status reports of projects in purchasing marketing group
- Coordinate and cooperate with supplier and internal marketing staffs for details confirmation
- Negotiate with vendors and compare prices according the supplier data base
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing procedure established
- Determine quantity and timing of each project launched
- Check work and material quality based on samples items
- Maintain detailed paper or computerized records in purchasing following sheet
- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and supplier data price base
- Purchase monthly recharge cards for marketing department
- Assist to purchase flight ticket for travel
- A monthly or quarterly summary of archived projects
