In support of a client's event to be held from October 9 to 10, 2024, in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, we are seeking several freelance professionals to collaborate with.

1. Media Check-In Staff (2 positions)
• Responsible for managing media registration and check-in processes during events.
• Duties include greeting media representatives, verifying credentials, providing necessary materials, and directing them to their designated areas.

2. Media Escorts & In-Room Media Seating Staff (2 positions)
• Tasked with escorting media personnel to their designated areas.
• Overseeing the seating arrangements within the event rooms to ensure media representatives are strategically positioned for optimal coverage.

3. Staffing Interviews Staff (2 positions)
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews.
• Managing logistical requirements and ensuring both interviewers and interviewees are equipped with everything necessary for successful interactions.

4. Step & Repeat Photo Call Area Staff (2 positions)
• Supervising the step and repeat photo call area.
• Managing attendee flow, coordinating with photographers, and ensuring smooth operations of the photo sessions.

5. Broadcast & Photo Risers in Assembly Room Staff (1 position)

• Manages the designated areas for broadcasters and photographers in the assembly room.

• Ensuring unobstructed views for media representatives and facilitating the effective operation of their equipment.

6. Media Filing Room Staff (1 position)
• Responsible for overseeing the media filing room.
• Ensuring that all media representatives have access to necessary resources such as power outlets, internet connections, and other facilities to file stories.
