LICENSING SALES MANAGER

(Position open in Abidjan and Dakar)

The Licensing Sales Manager is responsible for driving License revenue in a specific sales territory.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for License Revenue (Annuity and Open).
  • Drive Open revenue in SMB accounts and Microsoft Online Services.
  • Manage a pipeline of Renewal and New Enterprise Agreements.
  • Execute on Annuity Agreement Renewal process (EA, EASL, OVSL, OVE).
  • Position and successfully sell key Microsoft technology solutions to customers.
  • Develop consistent customer proposal & comparison process for Microsoft licensing solutions.
  • Deliver Microsoft product roadmap, licensing and financial content to customers.
  • Participate in local customer events to deliver Axxend content.
  • Participate in training of Axxend sales teams.
  • Ensure benefit consumption within the accounts.
  • Engage with Axxend Architects and Professional Services for full technology solution design and deployment.
  • Provide complete SAM (Software Asset Management) services to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent technology experience.
  • Strong Microsoft background.
  • Must have work experience in the IT industry preferably with Microsoft Distributor or Enterprise Software Advisor.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret complex licensing issues.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret key relationships and concepts.
  • Minimum 5 years in either a sales or marketing capacity.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial IT market for hardware and software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing executive level relationships.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Self managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel to the client site as needed.
  • Fluent in English and French
